Hi all readers! In this article, I will explain the recommendations for remembering death. Maybe you will ask, why remember death? Won’t everyone die? It is true. But what we need to understand here is that if we remember death, we will be more careful in life. We will not do anything carelessly. It is even very possible that our desire to do bad things will diminish or even disappear. There are some important things about that that I will explain in this article.
As usual, before I explain further about the recommendations for remembering death, I will quote one hadith that is specifically related to our discussion.
Hadith About Recommendations for Remembering Death
The hadith I mean is as follows;
From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu ‘anhu, he said, “Messenger of Allah sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said,” Frequently remember something that can cut off pleasure; death.” The hadith is narrated by at-Tirmidzi and an-Nasa’i.
There are some important things about the above hadith that we need to know;
One: The hadith explains the recommendation for remembering death.
Two: Remembering death is the best advice for humans, because it will make him / her more careful in life.
Three: Death is something that habitually can cut off all pleasures.
All Readers! That is a brief explanation of the recommendation for remembering death. Do you understand? If you want to ask, please ask!
I think that is enough for this article. May be useful!
See you again in the next article!
