Obligations Related to Mosque and Tricks for Muslims to Pray Together (Salat) ~ Hi all readers! In this article I will explain one theme about the mosque. As we know, Islam strongly encourages its followers to pray together. But sometimes there are some basic problems that cause many people to not be able to make these recommendations, such as the location of the mosque that is too far away, the mosque is dirty, and so on. In Islamic teachings there is one way to prevent it from happening. By the way, do you know what that is?
As always, before I explain about obligations related to mosque and tricks for Muslims to pray together (salat), I will quote a hadith related to this discussion. Pay attention!
From Aisha radliyallaahu anhaa, she said, “The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam has ordered us to build mosques in gathering places, and so that the mosques are cleaned and fragranced.” The hadith is narrated by Ahmad, Abu Daud, and at-Tirmidhi.
There are some important things related to the hadith above that we need to know;
One; The hadith instructs us to build mosque in each region so that the Muslims in the region have no difficulty in praying together because the location of the main mosque is too far away.
Two; The hadith explains the obligation to clean the mosque from dirt.
Three; The hadith explains the obligation to scent the mosque with appropriate fragrances.
All readers! Indeed, the three points above do not mention a special way for Muslims to pray together at the mosque. The hadith only explained about several obligations related to the mosque. But if we look at the three points in it, then we will know that actually that is the basic problem that causes people not to pray together, besides the strong determination to pray together.
As a normal human being, it is certainly natural that people do not want to do something in a distant place if it can be done in a close place, especially if it can be done in the house. It’s natural for someone who doesn’t want to visit a place that is dirty and smelly. I think that’s the analogy as simple as that.
That is a brief explanation of obligations related to Mosque and tricks for Muslims to pray together (salat). Now, do you understand? The problem is simple and the explanation is very clear. If you have questions, please ask!
I think that is enough for this article. May be useful! Amen!
See you again in the next article!
