Guide to Line Up in Prayer (Making Shaf)

Islamic Shariah Center: Guide to Line Up in Prayer (Making Shaf) ~ Hi all readers! In this article I will explain how to line up in prayer (making shaf). Line up is one of the things we have to do if we are going to do jamaah prayer. There are several rules that we must obey so that the ranks become good.

As always, before I explain the theme of this article further, I will quote a hadith that is specifically related to our discussion. The hadith that I mean is as follows;

From Anas radliyallaahu anhu, from the Prophet (Muhammad) sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam, he said, “Stick your ranks so that there is no gap between you! Mutually close between your rows, and align yourself if your necks are the same!” The hadith is narrated by Abu Daud and an-Nasa’i.

Movements in prayer (salat) according to Prophet Muhammad’s Instruction

There are some important things related to the hadith above that we need to know;

One; The hadith explains, that we must equate lines in prayer and we must bloom so that there is no gap.

Two; If we do not equate the line in prayer and if we do not approach each other when praying for the congregation, then it will be the cause of the entry of Satan among those who are praying to disturb them.

That is a brief explanation of the theme of this article. Do you understand? If you want to ask, please ask!

I think that is enough for this article. May be useful! Amen!

See you again in the next article!
