Does Janabah Break Fasting in Ramadan? ~ Hi all readers! Now is the month of Ramadan. As we have seen, all adult Muslims, in general, are required to fast for one month. We also already know that there are some things that can be done and some things that cannot be done by fasting people. The point is, people who are fasting must avoid things that can break their fast.
As Muslims, we may already know that eating, drinking, sex, etc. are things that can break fasting. We must avoid it all. But, in the teachings of Islam, there is one more thing that must be experienced by adult Muslims. One thing I mean is Janabah.
As we already know, a person will be in Janabah condition after he has sex or dreamed of having sex. People who are in this condition may not pray, read the Quran, and many other things. The question I want to say related to that is, does Janabah break fasting Ramadan?

The Quranic verse I mean is as follows;
أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ لَيۡلَةَ ٱلصِّيَامِ ٱلرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَآئِكُمۡۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٞ لَّكُمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ لِبَاسٞ لَّهُنَّۗ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ تَخۡتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمۡ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَعَفَا عَنكُمۡۖ فَٱلۡـَٰٔنَ بَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَٱبۡتَغُواْ مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۚ وَكُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡخَيۡطُ ٱلۡأَبۡيَضُ مِنَ ٱلۡخَيۡطِ ٱلۡأَسۡوَدِ مِنَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّواْ ٱلصِّيَامَ إِلَى ٱلَّيۡلِۚ وَلَا تُبَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمۡ عَٰكِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدِۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَقۡرَبُوهَاۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ ١٨٧
