In general, bubble fart is gas that comes out of the anus. Medically, it is a normal condition experienced by a person.

So, one question that we must know the answer to first is, “is bubble fart a fart?”.

Before I explain the answer to this question, I want to say that fart is gas that comes from the anus because there is a buildup of gas in the digestive tract (intestines). So, if we feel gas coming out of the anus, that’s a fart.

Now, is bubble fart a fart?

The second important thing about “does bubble fart break wudu?” which I will explain now is “why you should understand bubble fart in the study of Islamic law?”. I want you to understand that now so that you understand the urgency of the discussion in this article.

In general, there are two main reasons why you should understand bubble fart in the study of Islamic law. The two reasons I mean are as follows:

One: because farting is one of the things that break wudu. If our wudu is broken, we are not allowed to pray. There are many hadiths that explain this. One of them is the hadith below:

From Ali bin Thalq radiyallahu anhu, he said, “The Messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam has said, “If one of you has emitted a soundless wind from his anus while praying, then let him go out and perform wudu, then repeat prayer.” The hadith was narrated by five people (Ahmad, Abu Daud, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah).

Two: because prayer is one of the pillars of Islam. So, we must prevent all things that can destroy prayer. We can find this explanation in the hadith below:

Allah’s Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Islam is built on five things: witnessing that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger, performing prayers, paying Zakat, fasting in the month of Ramadan, visiting the Baitullah for those who able to travel there (perform Hajj).

That is a brief explanation of “why you should understand bubble fart in the study of Islamic law?”. As Muslims, we must understand that.
