The fifth important thing about “committing Zina in Ramadan” which I will explain now is “will Allah forgive you for Zina in Ramadan?”. I want you to understand that so you know if you can repent and forgive sins if you commit Zina in Ramadan.
One important thing that we must always remember is that Allah will forgive all sins if the person who has done it repents sincerely. Zina in Ramadan is a type of sin. So, the conclusion is that Allah will forgive you for Zina in Ramadan if you have done that.
There are verses in the Quran and hadiths that explain it. Pay attention to the explanation below!
1. Quran About Forgiveness for Zina in Ramadan.
As for the Quran about forgiveness for Zina in Ramadan, what I mean is as follows:
Know that Allah is severe in requiting (evil) and that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al-Maidah [05]: 98).
Then hasten on from the Place from which the people hasten on and ask the forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al-Baqarah [02]; 199).
So, I said (to them, “Ask your Lord for forgiveness (reading Istighfar), verily He is the Most Forgiving (Nuh [71]; 10).
Surely Allah does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him, and He forgives what is besides this to whom He pleases; and whoever associates anything with Allah, he indeed strays off into a remote error. (An-Nisa’ [04]; 116).
Surely Allah does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him, and forgives what is besides that to whomsoever He pleases; and whoever associates anything with Allah, he devises indeed a great sin. (An-Nisa’ [04]; 48).
2. Hadith About Forgiveness for Zina in Ramadan.
As for the hadith about forgiveness for Zina in Ramadan what I mean is as follows:
At-Tirmidhi narrated from Anas, from the Messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. He said, “Allah Taala said; O son of Adam, if your sins have reached the side of the sky then you ask for my forgiveness (reading Istighfar), then I will forgive you.”
Al-Baihaqi, al-Ashbahani, and Ibn Abi ad-Dunya narrated from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, “There is no servant or people who ask forgiveness from Allah (reciting Istighfar) every day until seventy times, unless he will not be recorded as a liar. And whoever asks forgiveness from Allah (reciting Istighfar) every night up to seventy times, then he will not be recorded as someone who forgot.”
Ahmad and al-Hakim reported, “Satan said,” For the sake of Your glory, I will always plunge Your servants into sin as long as their souls are still in their bodies. ” Allah Azza wa Jalla said, “For the sake of My glory and My majesty, I will always forgive them as long as they ask forgiveness from Me (reading Istighfar).”
That’s a brief explanation of “will Allah forgive you for Zina in Ramadan?”. As Muslims, we must understand that.
