From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu anhu, he said, "Messenger of Allah sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam said, "Whoever comes to the deceased (Janazah) until he prays for the deceased, then he gets a reward as big as Qirath. Whoever comes to the deceased (and prayers for the janazah) until the deceased is buried, then he gets a reward of two Qiraths." Then asked, "What are the two Qiraths?" He said, "Like two big mountains." The hadith is narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim.

If you are Makmum in Janazah prayer for female and done directly

أُصَلِّي عَلَى هَذَهِ الْمَيِّتَةِ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيْرَاتٍ فَرْضَ الْكِفَايَةِ أَدَآءً مَاْمُوْماً لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

I intend to pray for the corpse of this female with four takbir, fardlu kifayah, done now, by becoming makmum, because of Allah Taala.

If you are imam, the Janazah is female, and done indirectly

أُصَلِّي عَلَى هَذَهِ الْمَيِّتَةِ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيْرَاتٍ فَرْضَ الْكِفَايَةِ غَائِباً إِمَاماً لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

I intend to pray for the corpse of this femala with four takbir, fardlu kifayah, done indirectly, by becoming imam, because of Allah Taala.

If you are makmum, the Janazah is female, and done indirectly

أُصَلِّي عَلَى هَذَهِ الْمَيِّتَةِ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيْرَاتٍ فَرْضَ الْكِفَايَةِ غَائِباً مَاْمُوْماً لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

I intend to pray for the corpse of this femake with four takbir, fardlu kifayah, done indirectly, by becoming prosperous, because of Allah Taala.

After the Third Takbir in Janazah Prayer for Female

After the third Takbir in Janazah prayer for female you have to read the prayer. The general prayers in the Janazah prayer after the Rakaat are as follows:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهَا وَارْحَمْهاَ وَعَافِهاَ واعْفُ عَنْهاَ
